To become a member of the Alsatia Club organization, please print and fill out the below form.

Membership Applications:

• A $40.00 application fee must accompany all membership applications.
• Sponsorship by TWO Alsatia Club members, in good standing, is encouraged; however, applications without sponsorship will still be considered.
• If approved, new members without sponsors will serve a one-year probationary period, during which they may not hold officer, committee leadership, or board of governor’s positions.
• Annual Alsatia Club Membership dues are $40.00, payable each May. For new members, the annual dues will be pro-rated at the time of acceptance.
